Strawberry Rhubarb Old Fashioned

Equipment

  • 1 muddler
  • 1 rocks glass
  • 1 Bar spoon
  • 1 jigger

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Clocktower Bourbon 94 Proof
  • 1/2 strawberry
  • 1/2 ounce Berry/Rhubarb Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Rhubarb bitters

Instructions

  • Muddle strawberry, bitters and syrups in rocks glass
  • Add Bourbon, and stir
  • Add ice, stir
  • Garnish with 1/2 -1 Strawberry
