- 1 rocks glass
- 1 Bar spoon
- 1 jigger
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces Clocktower Bourbon 94 Proof
- 1/2 strawberry
- 1/2 ounce Berry/Rhubarb Syrup
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes Rhubarb bitters
Instructions
- Muddle strawberry, bitters and syrups in rocks glass
- Add Bourbon, and stir
- Add ice, stir
- Garnish with 1/2 -1 Strawberry
