Second Act Spirits is committed to giving back to the community and supporting local initiatives.
To ensure that our donations have the greatest impact, we have established the following guidelines:

Eligible Organizations:
Non-profit organizations: We primarily support non-profit organizations that are registered as 501(c)(3) organizations.
Community organizations: We may consider donations to local community organizations, such as arts councils, historical societies,
and environmental groups.

Ineligible Organizations:
Religious organizations: We do not make donations to religious organizations.
Political organizations: We do not make donations to political organizations or candidates.
Youth groups and sports teams: While we appreciate the importance of youth activities, we are unable to support youth groups or
sports teams at this time.
Schools: We do not make donations to schools.

Donation Request Process:
To ensure that we can adequately consider your donation request, please submit it at least 60 days in advance of the event or project.

Please include the following information:
Organization name and mission
Event or project details
How the donation will be used

Any specific requirements or guidelines:
Please submit your request in person to our tasting room.
We will review all donation requests and make decisions based on our available resources and alignment with our company values
