Ingredients

  • 1.25 ounces Clocktower Barrel Proof Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Pollinator Crimson Amaro
  • 1/2 ounce NY Sherry
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Mole Bitters

Garnish

  • 1 dried orange slice
  • 1 Cocktail Cherry

Instructions

  • Combine liquid ingredients with ice in shaker
  • shake for 30 seconds
  • strain over ice in rocks glass
  • garnish with orange slice and cherry
