Equipment
- 1 muddler
- 1 mixing spoon
- 1 rocks glass
Materials
- 2 ounces Clocktower Bourbon 94 Proof
- 3 dashes Aromatic Bitters to taste
- 1 each fresh orange slice
- 1/4 ounces simple syrup to taste
Garnish
- 1 each dried orange slice garnish
- 2 each Cocktail Cherries garnish
- 1 each cocktail toothpick
Instructions
- add fresh orange slice, simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass and muddle
- add bourbon and top with ice, stir
- garnish with dried orange slice and cocktail cherries
