Second Act Gin Gimlet

  • Hawthorne strainer
  • coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Dad's Garden Gin
  • 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup

Garnish

  • 1 lime wheel

Instructions

  • Add ice to the cocktail shaker
  • Add gin, lime juice and simple syrup
  • Shake for 30 secs
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with a lime wheel
