Ma’s Clocktower Manhattan

Equipment

  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Clocktower Bourbon 94 Proof
  • 1 ounces Meadowdale Hummingbird Semi-Dry Wine
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Garnish

  • 1 Cocktail Cherry
  • 1 cocktail toothpick

Instructions

  • Add ice to the mixing glass
  • Add Bourbon, bitters, semi-dry red wine, and cherry syrup
  • Stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish

  • Garnish with the cherry and toothpick
