Lavender Rain
This beautiful cocktail is our signature cocktail using our delicious Dad's Garden Gin.

Equipment
- 1 jigger
- 1 Bar spoon
- 1 highball glass
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dad's Garden Gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup See recipe
- 1/8 ounce Fresh lemon juice
- seltzer Top with
- 1 Lemon wedge
Instructions
- Add ice to a highball glass
- Add Gin, butterfly pea flower Syrup, and lemon juice, stir
- Top with seltzer, stir gently
- Add more ice if necessary
- Garnish with Lemon wedge
