Some of those are Bloody Marys and Bagels on the second Sunday of every month to include live music, Scandal and Sips speakeasy monthly unraveling the backstory of old Amsterdam, New York history like prohobition, bootlegging, murders and so much more... Other random events held are Mixology Classes and they also host local creative sessions.This venue is the perfect meeting place to meet up with friends. The best spirits around and then some! Everything they make is fantastic! The best gin i have ever tasted and the bourbon blows away bottles that are 2-3x more money! Great people and a great place! Must try!!!

The spirits here are awesome and I’m a huge fan of Audrey the bartender. Her service is friendly and her cocktails are excellent. Her explanation and understanding of the spirits and how their flavors intersect was really cool to learn about. It was also neat to learn about the background of this New York farm distillery. Highly recommend to anyone passing through the area, do not miss this local distillery in a historic warehouse space.

Second Act is a hidden gem! You’ll want to try everything on the menu. Their spirits are quality crafted and delicious. I love how they change up the drinks of the week menu and always have fun activities posted on their calendar. It’s a great place to spend your free time. If you love trivia, stop by at 6:30p on a Thursday! The owners are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and Warren is by far one of my favorite bartenders. He really pays attention and tries to personally interact with each patron to really make you feel welcome. My parents are visiting from out of state and I had to make sure this place was on the must visit list. We’re very lucky to have such a terrific establishment in Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Met the owner at spring fling and he was so nice and the samples were great so we decided to hit up the distillery for date night. We met the other owner and the drinks are AMAZING. The taste is phenomenal. Every mixed drink they made was so flavorful, and strong. Would recommend to anyone

Super fun time at Second Act Spirits!Their cocktails are absolutely delicious, with a little bit of something for everyone.Not being a huge fan of gin, I would say even their gin is delicious!Inviting atmosphere and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.They often have food trucks, Cousins Maine Lobster was there during my visit.10/10 would without hesitation recommend Second Act Spirits!

What a great place! I met the owner back in December at a local wine and craft beer/cocktail event I host along with two other women annually. I truly enjoyed talking to them and learning about their business, from the roots, to where they source their items for distillation, to how they used to sell their goods out of the back of their car. They have created a great little spot in Amsterdam NY in the Old Clock Tower. Last night they had a delightful Craft Cocktail and Dessert pairing experience that my husband, and friends made reservations for. The owners and staff made the whole experience lovely, the atmosphere is awesome they as well host trivia nights, musical bingo and just great events all around if your in the area stop by and check them out you can also find their goods at many local bars/restaurants in the surrounding areas. Definitely a great venue with amazing cocktails! We will be back!

Very cool place. Nice atmosphere, and delicious drinks. They have Trivia almost every Thursday which is a hoot and a half.

Second Act Spirits is an outstanding business. We continue to order their Bourbon, Grape Vodka and Gin for our bar. Customers love their products and so do we. They are great community partners in the business and always a pleasure to stop down and visit their unique and comfortable location in the clocktower.

Dropped in with wife to try them out. Lovely place. Good Cocktails. Tasty Bourbon and really clean Vodka! Owner couple were nice, too! We split an Old Fashioned Paloma and a tasting flight. Tried the straight Vodka, too. NOTE: For Accessibility... the entrance on the left as you face the clocktower is easier than the front entrance.

Second Act Spirits is great! They have high quality products, that are delicious. I especially like the bourbon berry smash! The tasting room is relaxing and a great place to spend time with friends and talking to the owners. The owners take a lot of pride in their products and it shows. I highly recommend checking them out!

Great new spot! Really cool atmosphere and great cocktails. I had the grape mule and it was fantastic. My husband had their Clocktower bourbon and said it was amazing. Got to talk with the owners and they are so passionate about what they do and the quality of their product. Highly recommend checking it out.

My husband and I stopped by Second Act Spirits and had a great time! I’m currently pregnant and they we accommodate and made me delicious mocktail version of their bourbon berry smash. It was super tasty and refreshing!

Great Spirits and cocktails, great atmosphere, and great people! I had a few different cocktails while I was there, all were fantastic but I definitely recommend Bourbon Berry Smash if you’re a Bourbon fan and the Amsterdam Grape Mule if you’re a vodka fan.
